Meet Ramzi
Counsellor, Mentor & Founder of MIND and Marfaa
Hi, I'm Ramzi Jildeh
I am an experienced counsellor and mentor passionate about empowering individuals to live fuller, more connected lives. Currently completing my Master in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I bring both professional expertise and deep personal insight to my work.
My personal experiences with trauma, grief, and loss have uniquely positioned me to offer compassionate and empathetic support to others facing similar challenges. I understand — not just professionally, but personally — how profoundly these experiences shape us.
I am the founder of MIND (Mentoring In New Dimensions) and Marfa — the first dedicated Grief and Loss Centre in the Middle East — as well as the founding director of BIG Behaviour.
Master of Counselling & Psychotherapy (in progress)
Specialist in Grief, Loss & Trauma
NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner
My Approach
How I work with the people I support.
Empathy First
My firsthand experiences with trauma, grief, and loss allow me to deeply empathize with your struggles. I offer a non-judgmental space where you feel truly understood.
Strengths-Based
I draw on your existing strengths, resilience, and problem-solving abilities — building on what already makes you capable of growth and healing.
Culturally Sensitive
I understand the unique intersection of culture, identity, and mental health — particularly for Arabic-speaking and Middle Eastern communities.
